I've been wanting to put my training on record for sometime. Not just my Garmin/Strava stats but how I feel pre, during and post workout. The NYC Marathon was 17 days ago. I ran the race as a celebration of life and the joys that this new running culture brings to me, weather its my unselfish teammates or the at large running community here in New York City. It felt great to run down these 'Mean Sreets' and be cheered like the winning home teams. The New York City marathon will always be a special race for me as I have enjoyed it from every possible way. I've been a spectator, Running Fan, Volunteer and Runner. I look forward to my next NYC Marathon which I plan to run in 2019. Well I want to start keeping this blog as a way of keeping track of my training as I get closer to my 50th birthday.
